My pinion on their Computer Science Program The University is General well suited for those International Students who need a US visa ,if that is you surely you don't care about how they teach and manage or treat you Just go use your potential to finish... The program is very poorly managed/rude. their professors are unqualified and all are graduates of their Compro-program With no real life project experience in jS.Students complain on this case even one students questioned about no mention of the course on the professor's LinkedIn account and latter they replaced the professor and made changes to his Linkedin as well course content will not make you qualified for the job by the time you graduate you won't have a clue about ci/cd,dev-ops or agile and scrum work environment again unlike bootcamps. Most of their graduates won't get a job after graduation . They don't have any partnership with hiring organisations/companies . If you raise your voice , they will punch you with grades, many students have been affected. Students are considered money source but nothing else. professors are unethical because of the management cover up. They will chase you to join their program and have you sign the contract after that mission accomplished deal with it. It is a good idea to ask previous students about the program before you fall in their trap. Very bad students service.

MIU University starts promoting itself as a none-profit here is the fact check -They will give you the so called tuition deferment and here is the catch=>They don't usually have US students ,they convince International Students to join the program & charge them extremely high tuition surprisingly they add extremely high interest as well plus a NY or CA life style room and board charge which is ridiculous. -Even Compro program students pay 100$ to see their exam result imagine you paying to see the result of a course you took by paying nearly 4000$ .(here is what they say =>if you need your grade faster pay 100 $) which is nonsense. -When it comes to finance they are really insane they have been sued by Donors for millions of dollars in 2022. These choices are there to confuse people who do not know what they want to pursue in life and end up choosing something that does not make them content either professionally or financially. I have been there. I ended up choosing a different career that was not as satisfying to me. After working for 5 plus years in the field of Finance, Accounting and Taxation I realized that this field was just not for me. I wanted to get into something that is exciting, challenging and more impactful. IT was always there on the back of my mind, but I did not have any computer background. Many people suggested me to go to bootcamp where I will be capable for 100k job in just 6 months. That already sounded very vague to me. Other than that, this time I did not want to get into something I do not enjoy doing. Learning process takes time. Someone bombarding you with all the information in a short period of time does not make you capable. That is going to make you more miserable. I was very clear on that. I met someone while I was working in a retail sales job who suggested me to try freecodecamp.org. That day I went to my place and started working on tasks on HTML in that website. Being able to see something written on one window in form of code being displayed on the other window just made me feel so good. I bought some courses online too. I was learning something new every day, but I was not able to see where I was going with this. Luckily, one of my friend’s friend introduced me to Master’s in Software Development program at Maharshi International University at Iowa. I can get my Masters in 1 year and they accept students from any other background. This was like a no-brainer for me. I joined the program, and it has already been like 5 months. I am almost halfway there to get my master’s degree. I just love it here. I am going to be a full stack JavaScript Developer after the completion of this program, and I feel really good for this choice I made. I don’t know it’s not just the degree I feel good about.
